Built on being available
Izafa Wealth operates from Koh-e-Fiza, Bhopal as an AMFI registered mutual fund distributor. The practice is led by Abdul Shafeeq, who works directly with every investor on the file rather than passing it down a chain.
The name Izafa means increase. It describes what investors hope for, but it is not a promise we can make — markets decide outcomes. What we can commit to is correct execution, honest information and a phone that gets answered.
- Registered with AMFI under ARN-86637, valid till 02/10/2027
- Distribution panel covering leading fund houses
- Digital onboarding for investors anywhere in India
- Clear disclosure of how we are compensated
Process over persuasion
We do not sell urgency. Before anything is submitted, you get the scheme documents, the costs, the lock-in if any, and a plain description of what the scheme invests in. If it does not suit the goal you described, we say so.
After you invest, the work continues: statements on request, nomination updates, bank mandate corrections, switches, redemptions and help at tax time with capital gains statements.
Four working principles
Say it straight
Risks, costs and lock-ins are stated upfront, in writing, before any form is signed.
Suit the goal
The money's purpose and time horizon come first; the product category follows from that.
Get it right
Applications are checked twice so transactions are not rejected or delayed by the RTA.
Stay reachable
One number, one email, one person who already knows your folio history.
We serve investors nationwide
Our office is in Bhopal, but our investors are not. Onboarding, KYC verification, transactions and servicing can all be completed online, so residents of any state — and eligible NRIs — can invest through us.
- Fully digital onboarding and transaction execution
- Support over phone, email and WhatsApp on working days
- In-person meetings at our Bhopal office by appointment
Have a question? Just ask.
No obligation, no sales pitch — only a factual answer about how a scheme or process works.
